The property is particularly well organised for water sports and comes with a high powered rib boat and a water sports instructor. Water sports include water skiing, wake boarding, sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
There is an infinity pool with spectacular views over Kioni Bay and lovely outside living and dining areas with plenty of shady areas for an afternoon siesta.
