The property is situated on the north eastern part of Ithaca, occupying a secluded seafront plot on the farther edge of Kioni Bay. Kioni is one of the prettiest and most picturesque bays, not just in the Ionian, but in the whole of Greece with a number of wonderful traditional Greek tavernas right by the sea that come alive at night with the crew of the yachts that moor up in the bay.

Hidden amidst dense green vegetation and with no neighbours around, this villa enjoys absolute privacy and a serene ambience with magnificent panoramic views across to the fishing village of Kioni and out to sea to Meganissi, Lefkada and in the distance mainland Greece . While everything seems utterly remote, the property has direct access to a small path via a private gate, which within two minutes walk leads you to a beautiful small beach and a wonderful walk in to the village of Kioni.

There are spectacular beaches close by including Gidaki Beach voted one of the top 50 beaches worldwide which can only be reached by boat.
